On-line registration is required for all Gathering Guests.
There are three parts:

- Registration
- Goodies

Agreements
Please read each of the following agreements.
At the end, make sure to check the box, noting that you have read, understand and agree..

When a statement is UNDERLINED, you can click on the underlined part and get more information about that statement. It is important to understand all the facets of the Gathering, before registering. As you complete the registration form, please use BACK key to return to registration form when you go to an underlined area to read about it.

Goodies
Please do seriously consider purchasing Gathering products, in advance, when you complete your registration form. You’ll get a really nice discounted rate, which is only available if you pre-order NOW. Not all products in all sizes will be available at the Gathering, and they will not be discounted. 100% of all proceeds help hounds.

You will receive a copy of the completed registration in your email.

If you don’t receive that confirmation, it means that your registration did NOT go through. You’ll need to fill it out again. Sorry. PLEASE make sure you are using an email that will be valid through May.

I AGREE:
1. ...to be the most wonderful guest at the Gathering. I'm looking forward to making new friends, both 2 and 4-legged. I will be particularly nice to Claudia.

2. ...to have fun. I also understand that this is a huge FUNDRAISING EVENT to help AHH hounds, and I will leave with an (almost) empty wallet and maxed credit card.

3. ...to read the GUIDELINES COMPLETELY, and agree to follow them, so help me dog.

4. ...to read the EVENTS, and to plan in advance my participation.

5. ...to look at all the incredible GATHERING GOODIES. I understand that advance purchase, on this registration form only, helps the hounds, and gets me a very discounted price not available at any other time.

6. ...to make an advance RESERVATION at one of Kanab's lovely hotels. And to let Claudia know via email if I change that reservation at any time.

7. ...that any cancellation, at any time, for any reason, will be considered a donation. This means no discounts on Goodies, no surprises, no good time.

8. ... to dispose of my dog's poop, and ANY OTHER dog's poop I see all weekend long.

9. ...to be an intelligent, thinking person all weekend long, and put my dogs' needs first. I will not bring more dogs than I can handle.

10. ...to use regular leashes, not flexi leashes when at Gathering events and around others. I will not leave dogs unattended in x-pens or hotel rooms or in cars, if they are stressed.

11. ...to leave little dogs, aggressive dogs, other breeds of dogs at home where they will be safe. If I do bring one of the above, I promise I will be the MOST responsible dog owner around.

12. ...to be kind, considerate and friendly to all around me - 2-legged and 4-legged - or I will stay in my room.

13. ...to have the same email address through May. If it changes, I will notify Claudia asap. I will also check my emails at least once a week for Gathering updates.

14. ...that the Greyhound Gang, Claudia Presto, or Kanab is not responsible for any mishaps, accidents, misdemeanors, whatevers etc. of Guests. I will take full responsibility - monetarily and otherwise, if incidents should occur. However, I will to my darndest to prevent their occurrence by being smart, sensible and vigilant all weekend long.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is $65 per person 13 and over. $30 for children 5 - 12. Registration includes three meals, a family photo, all events-except Blur of Fur, surprises galore. Please be aware that Registration Fees don’t cover the operational costs of the Gathering.

Once your registration is received and processed at the Gang, you'll receive an email telling you all is a GO!

Throughout the next few months, you'll receive updates on Gathering activities, so an email is important.

Gathering Auction Donation   The money raised at the Gathering comes from these auctions, so items are always needed. I need them in hand by 4/1 to get into Gathering auctions. Donations received after that date, and at the Gathering will be used in our weekly on-line auction, and are also very welcome. If you'd like shipping paid on an item, just email me at claudia@greyhoundgang.com. All donations are VERY appreciated!

VOLUNTEER
Do you want to volunteer? Which of these volunteer opportunities appeal to you? Check those that appeal to you.

You'll be contacted after registration has closed.
Help needed:
1. Blur of Fur - hold dogs, capture them at end - about 3 hours on Sunday

2. Photos -help the photographer get the best pictures of humans and hounds - a few hours during dinner Friday, and lunch saturday

3. Auction Items - bring live auction items to meals - about 15 minutes each time

4. Auction Runners - get payment during Live auction and bring item to winner - about 30 minutes each auction

5. Greyt Surprise Helpers - at each meal help hand out Greyt Surprises

6. Raffle Items - at each meal help hand out Raffle Items

7. Make sure microphone system is working

8. Carrying boxes of items from storage facility to meals

9. I’m open to helping with anything

10. In charge of Photo Contest booth 11 - 3 and 8 - 10 Friday only

11. Yappy Hour - give out drinks to humans and hounds - friday 3 - 5 pm

12. Run Greyhound Gang booth. friday 11 - 3. Sat 2- 5

13. Auction money taking and use of Excel spreadsheet with items
